Candidate in the 2025 election for District 8

Jean-Louis Côté is running for the 2025 municipal elections in District 8 – Duquesne-Des Femmes.


A resident of Saint-Bruno for nearly 50 years, Jean-Louis has held various roles within the city as a student and municipal employee, working as a caretaker, day camp counselor, and rink supervisor. He has also been actively involved as a volunteer, serving as a coach and treasurer for the Saint-Bruno Minor Hockey Association. An experienced professional, Jean-Louis has been working for nearly 25 years as a senior telecommunications security advisor for a Quebec financial institution. He plays a key role in compliance audits and assumes daily leadership responsibilities. Dedicated to his community, Jean-Louis wishes to use his expertise and experience to serve the citizens of Saint-Bruno, contributing to upcoming projects and addressing the city’s future challenges.

Jean-Louis will be replacing current municipal councilor Marc-André Paquette, who, unfortunately, cannot run for re-election due to professional and family reasons. Highly appreciated by residents and deeply committed to his district, Marc-André has done an outstanding job, and we sincerely thank him for his dedication.
